Returns or Exchanges

Returns on custom product are typically not allowed, however Ridebiker wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are a member of a club and have ordered the wrong item or wrong size (we highly recommend trying on the fit kits often sent to new clubs, other fellow members' kits and certainly checking the online size guide), we will first attempt to find a new home for your club kits within the club. Failing this, we will discuss return and refund options. 

New and unused product must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.

We will not accept the return of used products or products that have been damaged due to negligence or abuse.

If you feel that your product is eligible for a warranty evaluation by the manufacturer due to defect in its materials or workmanship, contact our Warranty Department.

To help us understand your warranty issue please provide as much detail as possible. This will include your original web order number, purchase date, product brand and description, and a picture of the defect.

Exchanges & Return Authorization Numbers

If you are planning on returning or exchanging a product you will need to contact customer service or email us at; sales@ridebikercustom.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
